Comfortable and cozy vacation home, to share with family and friends or for rent, in the heart of Mineral de Pozos. It is located on a cobblestone street, a block and a half away from the main garden of Mineral de Pozos, a magical town, named by that name by the Mexican government since 2012 for its great mining history.

This beautiful house has a large living room with sofas that extend to beds. The also large bedroom has a full bathroom and closet, with a large window for good lighting, as well as a kitchen equipped with enough space for a dining room and furniture for dishes and tablecloths.

On the outside area, we find a well-designed, pleasant, well-kept cactus planter that relaxes and brightens the view, with a cute fire pit area on one side and a nice garden table. There is also a half bathroom, hidden washer/dryer and a garage for one car. Also hidden, there is a large cistern tower for storing water from the municipality.

Going up the outside stairs, with pretty pots of plants on each step, we reach the roof, which has become a pleasant terrace with beautiful views of the town and the mountain called Pico del Águila.  Stationary gas tank, another cistern to storage water, a solar water heater. The house counts with all the municipality services.

Cómoda y acogedora casa de vacaciones, compartir con familia y amigos o para renta, en el corazón de Mineral de Pozos,   Se encuentra sobre calle empedrada, a distancia de una calle y media del jardín principal de Mineral de Pozos, Pueblo mágico, denominado con ese nombre por el gobierno de México, desde 2012 por su gran historia minera.

Esta hermosa casa cuenta con amplia estancia con sillones que se extienden para camas. La también amplia recamará, cuenta con baño completo y closet, con ventanal para buena iluminación, así como la cocina equipada con espacio suficiente para comedor y mueble para vajilla y mantelería.

En la parte exterior encontramos una bien diseñada, agradable, bien cuidada jardinera de cactáceas que relajan y alegran la vista, con área paga fogata a un lado y una linda mesa de jardín. Cuenta con medio baño. lavadora/secadora oculta y garage para un auto. Igualmente oculta, se encuentra una gran torre cisterna para almacenamiento de agua proveniente del municipio.

Subiendo por las escaleras exteriores, con lindas macetas con plantas en cada escalón, llegamos al techo, convertido en una agradable terraza con bellas vistas al pueblo y a la montaña llamada Pico del Águila. En el techo también se encuentra el tanque de gas, calentador de agua solar y tinaco.   La casa cuenta con todos los servicios municipales.
